Photographers, you do not have the opportunity to expose,
sell your work and to make yourself known ?
Photos-Expo is made for you.
Submit to Photos-Expo your most beautiful photos, those
who are worth being framed and hung on a wall.
Your submission will be examined then put online after
a deliberation.
If your photos are selected, you will be able to expose
them on your own gallery along the year. You will also
be able to put an autobiographic note about you and your
work.
Most of all, you will benefit from visitors from all over
the world, an audience of photographies lovers attracted
by new talents you will be part of.
You can submit as many photographies as you want, according
to the progress of your work, so that your gallery will
always be evolving.
01SUBMIT

REGISTRATION
In
order to submit your photos, you have to register
first to become a member.
You will then be able to submit your photos.
PUBLICATION
AND REPRODUCTION CONTRACT
Please do read
carefully the publication and reproduction contract.
Tick the "I accept the contract " box
if you agree with the terms before submitting your
photos.
SUBMIT
YOUR PHOTOS
Fill out the form (address, biography, comments
on the photo etc.. ) and submit your digital or
scanned photo in a minimum resolution of 960x720
pixels.

02SELECTION

SELECTION
Like
an Art Gallery, Photos-Expo will carefully select
each photography that will feature in the website
in order to maintain a constant level of quality
and prestige.
If your photo is unfortunately not selected, do
not hesitate to submit others. If your photo is
not selected, it does not mean that it is not
of high quality as the selection only depends
of the liking of the jury.
The deliberation leadtime will not be more than
5 days except for exceptional events that will
be mentioned to you when you submit your work.
JURY
The
jury who will select your photos will be composed
of a minimum of two people. This jury is composed
of photography lovers,
professionals, artists/designers.
SELECTED
PHOTOS
You
will be notified of the selection of your photos
by email or via your Photos-Expo member account.
If your photo is selected, you will have to go
through some formalities in order to officially
put your photographic work on sale.

03ADMINISTRATIVE
PROCESS ...................................
The official online sale of your photography is
conditioned by certain elements you HAVE to provide
us with:
SOURCES/ORIGINALS
FOR ALL THE PHOTOS SELECTED
by the jury, you will have to send us online or
by snail mail a copy of the original or a high
quality source of your image so that we can reproduce
your work in the best conditions in case of sale.
For a digital
or scanned photo:
-Upload via your account a
jpeg or Tiff file of a MINIMUM of 1600x1200
pixels, resolution 180 dpi.
For a film photo:
-Send us by slow mail at NEO-PROD (expo-photos),
Quins 12800 Naucelle, a 10x15
print of your photo or a double of your
negative (ideal source)
NB : THE QUALITY OF
THE REPRODUCTIONS WILL DEPEND ON THE QUALITY OF
YOUR ORIGINALS OR YOUR SOURCES.
LIMITED
AND NUMBERED EDITIONS
You will have to decide then indicate
the total or original prints you will authorise
(worldwide), and among those total authorised
original prints, you have to indicate how many
prints are reserved to Photos-Expo's gallery only.
The editions will always be limited to
a maximum of 30 prints to Expo-photos.
You will choose from which number the numbering
will start.
Each photography will be accompanied of a signed
authenticity certificate.
AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATES
On
the back of each photography sold will be sticked
an authenticity certificate.
In order to officially put your photography online,
you will have to print out, fill out and sign
as many certificates as the number of reproductions
you willl authorise us to sell.
The authenticity certificates will be available
in a pdf format in your photos-expo account when
you are notified of the selection of your photos.
Photos-Expo will date and number
each photography according to your criterias
everytime your work will be sold.
INFORMATIONS
You
will have the possibility to leave an autobiographic
note in your part of your gallery as well as a
comment regarding your selected work.
PRICE LIST
Prices practiced by Photos-Expo
are not overwhelming as it is our will to keep
accessible prices so that Art is not reserved
to priviledged people.
But it is still YOU to FIX
your selling price according
to a minimum price (without ceiling price) knowing
that the main aim of this website is to democratize
the acquisition of artistic work.
Minimum prices to quote from:
-60x90 LIMITED
EDITION size from
145 euros (tax incl.)
-50x70 LIMITED
EDITION size from 75

-30x45 LIMITED
EDITION size from
60 euros (tax
incl.)
-20x30 LIMITED

Once
all those conditions are fulfilled, Photos-Expo
will put your photos online for sale.

04EXPOSITION-SALE

Photos-Expo will notify you when your photo is online.
LENGHT
You keep all your authorship
rights by exposing or selling on the Photos-Expo
website. But in order to expose your work on this
website, you have to authorise us to publish online
and to reproduce your work for a minimum lenght
of 12 months. Beyond this period of 12 months from
the date you submitted the photos, you will be able
to termintate the contract by sending us an email.

05COMMISSION-REMUNERATION

COMMISSION
50% of the tax free selling price of
a photography will be given to the artist, and
the other 50% will go to Photos-Expo
.
We want Photos-Expo to be transparent. The percentage
retained on the sale of a photography are justified
by :
- the maintenance and hosting of the website,
- the processing of the order
- the reproduction costs of the photography in
quality photo paper (process in several steps).
- the packaging (postal tube),
- the different costs inherent to an online boutique
(e-commerce services bank subscriptions, bank
commission on all the transactions)
- and of course a little mark up for Photos-Expo
to survive and go on pursuing its Art democratization
politic (10% to 30% mark up according to the size
of the print sold)
REMUNERATION
You can follow up at anytime
your sales stats online via your member account.
You will be notified of each of your sales.
It is you to decide when you wish to be paid,
and how you wish to receive your commission (cheque
or money transfer)
